Shipping Information

Stock items will take up to 1 week to be delivered. 

No stock items have a lead time of  2 to 4 weeks. any DELAYS  in production will be communicate in accordance to the information supplied by the manufacture company. 


Delivery will take place Monday to Friday between 9am to 3pm. if no one will be on site, a postcard will be left. It should be mandatory that you are able to be available to receive the goods in order to avoid extra charges. If a notice has been left or instructed for items to be left with a neighbour or placed somewhere which is not secure this is entirely at the customers own risk and lighting design suppliers ltd will not be responsible if the item is not where instructed when delivery has taken place. 

Delivery is made to ground floor only. customers must organise their own ARRANGEMENTS for deliveries beyond or below the ground floor level. 

Delivery have to be signed for and any shortage, discrepancy or damage must be communicated within 24H. After the 24H we decline any RESPONSIBILITies. If the damage is visible on arrival, PLEASE ADVISE THE DRIVER AND FOLLOW THE TRANSPORT COMPANY PROCEDURE FOR GOODS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL. 

Returns & Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction and all the items sold throughout lighting design suppliers ltd come with a 14 days cool off period from the time of delivery. this excludes custom items made to order or sales items. 

If you would like to exercise this option we will require a written e-mail stating the order reference and motivation. Returns must be made in the original and undamaged packaging and be authorised by lighting design suppliers ltd.

Once we do authorise the return, you will have to return the goods (at your own cost) in perfect conditions and with original packaging to the address provided.

The item returned will be checked on arrival and a refund will be issued only if the item arrived in the original packaging and undamaged. 

We will only refund the card or the bank account from which the original payment was made and will not be responsible for any currency fluctuation  between the time of purchase and the return date. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Damaged, faulty or missing goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery by e-mail. 
All the original packaging must be kept and photographs are required for both packaging and item. 

Once we receive your email we will communicate our course of action in order to rectify the issue. 

- Damaged and faulty items will be collected for inspection.

If the damage or the faultiness is imputable to the transport company or to the production process we will issue a replacement/refund.

If the order arrives damaged (you checked the goods on arrival) please advise the driver and follow the transport company procedure for goods damaged on arrival. 

If the faultiness is due to the wrong usage/installation of the fitting and not imputable to the production process we will refuse to replace / refund the item/s.
